The Artist

Jeff Henriquez

ARTIST STATEMENT

My work is inspired by the streets, peoples lives, experiences and pain. I see the whole painting in my head and work through it letting it evolve as i go. And although all of my work is very personal, people can feel what i do when they see my paintings. My peice for M3, Hyper as a heart attack, nobody smilin, is a juxtaposition of a hip hop classic and post-modern enterpretation.
